The carriage of passengers for paramotor tandem is a theoretical and practical training to gain experience of tandem paramotor flight , intensify and deepen your theoretical, practical and psychological knowledge.

1 Formalities

2 Evaluation (preforming )

2.1 Content

theory:

• presentation of curriculum, objectives and training program .
• validation of knowledge.
• awareness of the responsibility of tandem pilot (legal, moral, technical ) .

practice:

• evaluation and deepening the individual technical training slope and car Flight : general ease and mastery of sign in the preparation phase , pulse , inflation timing control , controlled race . The evaluation will cover all or part of the record level of progression to brown .
• possibility of postponement for trainees whose technical level is insufficient.

2.2 Duration

1 weekend / 1 one day ( one day assessment , the second day is reserved to validate the session if the weather is unfavorable).

2.3 Objective

OBTAINING a preforming certificate allowing access to further training 5 days.

3 Training compacted

3.1 Content

condensed theoretical and practical training to gain experience of tandem flight.

theory:

• Regulation and frameworks for the two-seater practice.
• Specific theoretical concepts in tandem ( wing loading, polar speed and consequences of variations in pilot technique ) .
• Updating of knowledge .
• Analysis of the practical experience .
• Tutorials (use and synthesis of theoretical knowledge).
• Subjects of examinations ( written test ) .

practice:

• Deepening of the tandem technique.
• Load variation on the same equipment (change of passenger).
• Exchange of equipment.
• Flight in various wind conditions .
• Exam role-playing with individualized correction.
• Continuous evaluation.

3.2 Duration

5 days around 8am.

• Certificate of passenger carriage or custom solution if some gaps.
• Indication of the areas of work .

4 Cancellation:

Sessions are subject to weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel an appointment. In case of cancellation from us and as long as the date of expiry of your activity is not reached, you can select another appointment on our website.

Appointments may be canceled, do not expect the date of expiry to take them.

5 Material

Personal mono wing + 1 tandem wing identified (current and in good condition) for 2 students ( personal equipment , or provided by the Club or School presenting the candidate or by the host school ).

Costs of training include the use of video and providing a memento of biplaceur . Applicants are invited to bring their two-seater or that of their club. They are also required to bring their car equipment and radio and headset , housing remains in their care.
